Personal Data Processing for Candidates

LLC “Unilevel University” processes your provided data to evaluate your qualifications and experience, contact you, conduct the selection process, and make a hiring decision.

The legal basis for processing is the execution of necessary measures at your request prior to entering into an employment contract, as well as the fulfillment of relevant legal obligations in the case of a competition provided by law. Failure to provide necessary data for the selection process may make it impossible to consider your candidacy.

Access to the data will be granted to the Human Resources department, members of the relevant committee, and authorized decision-makers, strictly to the extent necessary for their duties.

Data of unselected candidates will be retained for 1 year from the completion of the selection process and will subsequently be deleted or destroyed, unless another lawful basis for further retention exists. The terms for further data processing for employed candidates will be communicated separately. Consent for retaining data for consideration for future vacancies will be requested separately.

Subject to the conditions provided by law, you have the right to request information and a copy of your data, request rectification, erasure, blocking, or termination of processing; and where processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent. To protect your rights, you may appeal to the Personal Data Protection Authority or the court.
